TERMS AND CONDITIONS

General principles.

This document establishes the pre-contractual information regarding contracts concluded at a distance on the website www.comunidaden2.pt, referred to in article 4 of Decree-Law no. 24/2014 of 14 February. 

The domain www.comunidaden2.pt is owned by Bruno Rodrigo Quintas Serra, with address at Rua José Francisco Manangão nº13 R/C, 2740-077 Porto Salvo, representative of Comunidade EN2. 

Online sales are valid and applicable to the territories of Mainland Portugal, Archipelagos of the Azores and Madeira. We also sell abroad. 

The following terms regulate access to and use of the Comunidade EN2 website. Comunidade EN2 also recommends reading the Privacy Policy in force, which can be consulted on the website's homepage. Accessing and browsing this website implies full acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy by the user. If you do not agree with them, the user is free not to browse the website. If Comunidade EN2 identifies a possible abusive act or disrespect for the terms and conditions listed below, it reserves the right to intervene with the user and act accordingly, thus guaranteeing the defense of their interests. Comunidade EN2 reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time, without having to notify the user of such an occurrence.

Contents Website

Content means all written and graphic material belonging to Comunidade EN2, hosted and displayed on the website. The user may consult them at any time, whenever their availability so permits, and the user must be responsible for their enjoyment and use for personal purposes. 

The abusive use, by any user, of the contents published on the website may justify the intervention of Comunidade EN2, in accordance with the law, especially if there is unauthorized use of contents directly related to the name, image or products associated with the Comunidade EN2 brand.

The sale/marketing of products from Comunidade EN2 on other websites or comparable web addresses is expressly prohibited, unless the prior consent of Comunidade EN2 is given. The website's contents are constantly being updated. Comunidade EN2 reserves the right to change the contents at any time, without prior notice, and is not responsible for possible typos or any possible miscommunication of the information on the website by third parties. 

Comunidade EN2 also reserves the right to interrupt access to the website for an indefinite period. Comunidada EN2 is not responsible for the user's activity as soon as he leaves the website. This condition is equally valid whenever any links shared on Comunidade EN2 website refer to external websites. 

Likewise, the download of any files that may be hosted on this website - or a possible upload by the user - implies the user's full responsibility and knowledge regarding both situations, being the latter responsible for their actions.

Registration and use of personal account

Comunidade EN2 makes available on its website the registration of users, intended for those who make purchases in the online store or register in the newsletter, which is available on the website's homepage. Registration is voluntary, and the user must be responsible for the information provided, including its veracity. 

When registering, the user must enter their email address correctly and create a password. Comunidade EN2 will not store the password created for this purpose, but reserves the right to delete the user's account at any time. All information written at the time of creation of your personal account, that is, registration on the website, must be taken care of by the user, who is advised to keep and not disclose them to third parties. You are solely and exclusively responsible for any actions carried out through your account, including payments for products sold on this website. Comunidade EN2 cannot guarantee, however, the total security of the website, nor that it is free from viruses or any other computer/technological problem. 

Payments

Comunidade EN2 offers several payment methods to its website users, namely: Bank Transfer, MBWAY and PayPal. The user must choose the one that is most convenient for him when he is filling out the respective field before confirming the payment of his order.

After validation of the shopping cart, the user will receive an email with the order number, order summary and total value of the items, as well as payment details. After making the payment you will have to send proof to the email comunidadeen2@gmail.com. The value of the order includes the cost of each product sold, including shipping costs for Portugal, with the exception of Wines in which shipping costs will be calculated separately, according to quantities. Shipping costs for foreign territory will be calculated separately. 

The user is free to request the return of the money for the order, although it will only be returned in full if the Comunidade EN2 takes full responsibility for any error inherent in the sending of the order. The payment of a wrong amount may cause the order not to be dispatched until the amount is settled. 

Refunds can only be made within a maximum period of 30 days after the order has been shipped. 

Comunidade EN2 reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, ComunidadeEN2 undertakes to apply the rates and prices indicated when placing the order. 

Comunidade EN2 is not responsible for any delays or internal problems associated with postal mail services or the carrier that guarantees the transport of orders to the shipping address. If the order does not reach its destination within the deadline, the user must get in touch with Comunidade EN2, through the contacts provided on the appropriate page on this website. 

Comunidade EN2 reserves the right to cancel orders that have not been paid within 15 days of confirmation, not without first sending an email notification of an Order pending payment.

Final considerations 

The user acknowledges that he has read, understood and will abide by the terms and conditions set out above. All matters regulated by these conditions are subject to Portuguese law.
